Day 1 of the Wacky Rally and already we are enjoying some countryside views in Belgium and racking our minds with a key question, what sort of products are linked to Luxembourg? Can we pick up a bank account to avoid taxes, or articles of incorporation? Our daily tasks hang in the balance.
